We rented from Heritage House for three years, and we were happy with our decision!  The office staff is so kind, maintenance is prompt and thorough, and they don't "nickle and dime" you upon moving out.  They truly go the extra mile in making sure their tenants are happy.

I have rented from Heritage House Rentals for around four years and currently live in one their duplexes.  Even though I am delighted with the comfort and conveniences in my home, it is the staff that makes Heritage House outstanding.  The office staff know you by name and seem to genuinely care about your needs.  The maintenance guys are prompt, friendly and know what they are doing.  Kudos to Heritage House Rentals.  As long as I live in Kirksville.  I will choose to rent from them.

I was a dental student in Kirksville, and leased from Heritage House 115 W. Jefferson location for two years.  They did a fantastic job while I was there.  The staff is awesome and helps with anything you need.  Sherri is great and helped me with everything.  If I had a question about anything or needed something changed or fixed she always had it done within the day.  Would definitely recommend Heritage House.

I lived in a HH property with my cat while I was in KV for dental school for 2 years.  The place I rented was across the parking lot from school so I walked to class every day and to the library to study.  The apartment itself was well updated and I never had any issues with the property, staff or maintenance.  At one point one of my heaters went out and maintenance came to fix it just hours later, been working like a champ ever since.  They also allowed me to pay rent 6 months in advance, which whas nice to not have to worry about it since I was busy with school.  The office staff was always prompt at answering my emails and returning my phone calls as well as gave plenty of notice when they needed to show my place.  As a busy student, I highly recommend HH because they made it all so easy and worry-free.

"My wife and I lived in Kirksville for several years while she went to college and I was in medical school during which time we did business with essentially every property management company in town.  During our last year in Kirksville we contacted Heritage House Rentals about finding a place to live.  We honestly both wish we had started working wit the team there much sooner as they were hands down the best company for us.  The were very responsive to our needs, they worked tirelessly to find the perfect rental for us based on our specifications and they were always very quick and efficient with maintenance requests.  After working with them this past year we believe that they care about the satisfaction of their tenants and their reputation too much to do a bad job or neglect their properties.  We would recommend this company without reservation to anyone moving into town or looking for an upgrade within town.:
